Hallam Safety was formed by Simon Brentnall in 2017 to help, support and advise organisations regardless of size. Simon has in excess of 30 years experience of working in the plant, tool and powered access rentals industry supporting the Construction Sectors, this commenced back in 1986 where he began working for a small independent plant & tool hire company in the East Midlands. This was the catalyst for a career in health and safety, which commenced with gaining formal qualifications at College and eventually becoming a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) in 2009. He has previously worked as a Senior HSEQ Manager for a large national FSTE 250 plant & tool hire company and also Health & Safety Director for a national powered access company. Within these roles he has gained a vast amount of experience. Over the last few months he has been working within many sectors and sharing this experience, these sectors include the Food Industry, Hire Industry, Retail and Construction. He is also qualified in environmental matters and has recently been awarded Practitioner membership by the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (PIEMA).  Simon can be seen on the Occupational Safety & Health Consultants Register, (OSHCR).
